5. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us as soon as possible at support@livecool.life.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices, Payment and Billing

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.

Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include delivery charges, duties, import charges, taxes or other fees that may apply. Delivery arrangements and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Livecool is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.

Purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Livecool.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Livecool and is not responsible for the sale, fulfilment, quality or delivery of those products.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and relevant service providers may process information required to operate the website, process transactions, prevent fraud and provide related services.
